Governance Skills for Indigenous Youth
Building workplace knowledge. Supporting career development.
Practical learning for First Nations, Inuit and Métis young adults aged 18–32.

Building practical governance knowledge in many non-profit Indigenous organizations. This is how we make decisions, define responsibilities and turn decisions into action.
Adapted from The Administrative Role in Governance for Indigenous Organizations™, the program begins with clarity—what a Board is, who serves on it and how governance connects to everyday work—then we dig deep into the day-by-day skills and practices when working as administration for Indigenous; First Nations, Inuit or Metis Board meetings.
