Accessibility Statement
Indigenous Board Administrative & Governance Services is committed to making its website, courses, and downloadable resources accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an ongoing effort as we continue to improve pages, forms, learning materials, and documents.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms
- Working toward captions and transcripts for future video content
- Working toward tagged, screen-reader-friendly PDF resources
Known limitations
Some downloadable PDF resources may not yet be fully tagged for assistive technologies. If you require an accessible version of a specific document, please contact us and we will provide an alternative format where reasonably possible.
Requesting accommodations or reporting barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or would like to request an accommodation for a course, resource, or communication, please contact us at knowledge@indigenousboardgov.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and work with you to identify a solution.
