Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all digital goods and electronically delivered offerings sold through our websites, including downloads, online programs, digital memberships and subscriptions, recordings, templates, digital resources, pre-orders, and pre-registration.
Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
Digital sales are final
All purchases of digital goods and electronically delivered offerings are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
We do not provide returns, exchanges, credits, partial refunds, retroactive refunds, or change-of-mind refunds. This rule also applies when access or delivery is scheduled for a future date.
Digital delivery and access
Digital items may be delivered by download link, email, account access, member portal, or another electronic method described at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account and user account used for your purchase.
Pre-orders and pre-registration are final-sale digital purchases. Delivery or access occurs on the stated release or access date, or when the offering is otherwise made available.
Recurring and fixed-term digital access
For an automatically renewing subscription, cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not create a prorated or retroactive refund for the current paid billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Access may remain available through the end of the paid billing period, subject to account standing and the applicable service terms. Non-renewing or fixed-term access ends when the stated access period expires unless otherwise described at purchase.
Technical access issues
A technical download or access problem is not itself grounds for a refund. Please contact support so we can reasonably assist with restoring access or providing the purchased digital item through an appropriate electronic method.
Provider cancellation or inability to deliver
If we permanently cancel an offering before delivery or cannot provide the purchased digital access, we will handle the matter as required by applicable law. This section does not create a discretionary refund right beyond legal requirements.
Billing questions and payment disputes
Please contact support first if you experience a billing or access issue so we can investigate and assist. Nothing in this policy waives or limits any statutory payment-card or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Agreement and contact
Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of this policy. Where checkout presents a separate policy confirmation, that confirmation must be selected before payment can proceed. Questions may be sent to knowledge@indigenousboardgov.com.
