Certificate Program 2026

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for The Administrative Role in Governance for Indigenous Non-Profit Organizations™ Certificate Program offered by Indigenous Board Administrative & Governance Services.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

Digital product and course registration

Registration secures access to a professional digital education program and related course materials, including the participant PDF manual and access to the online Certificate Program upon release.

Because this is a digital educational product and registration reserves access to the program, all purchases and registrations are final.

No returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges

All course registration fees are non-refundable.

Once payment has been successfully processed, no returns, refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges will be provided, including for:

  • A change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Employment or role changes
  • Organizational funding or reimbursement changes
  • Failure to begin or complete the course
  • Failure to use or access the course following release
  • Failure to download or review course materials
  • Personal technology or internet-access issues
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or preferences
  • Failure to review the course description, curriculum, terms, or this policy before purchase

Participants are responsible for confirming that the program, format, timing, and requirements meet their needs before completing payment.

Course release

The Certificate Program is scheduled for release in early fall 2026.

The stated release period is an anticipated timeframe and is not a guarantee of release on a particular date.

If the release schedule changes, registered participants will be notified using the email address provided during registration.

A reasonable adjustment to the release date does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, cancellation, or exchange.

Delivery of digital materials

The PDF course manual, participant information, course-access link, and related communications will be sent to the email address supplied during registration.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. Indigenous Board Administrative & Governance Services is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or other recipient-side issues.

Limited provider-cancellation provision

The only circumstance in which a refund may be provided is if Indigenous Board Administrative & Governance Services permanently cancels the program and does not deliver the purchased course or a substantially comparable replacement. In that event, participants will be offered a refund or a pro-rata credit at the discretion of Indigenous Board Administrative & Governance Services.
